How to Strip
Just kidding we're not literally stripping!
1. Wipe your nose clean and dry with a tissue.
2. Remove backing layer of the strip.
3. Stick across the nose bridge - not too high, not too low.
4. Apply gentle pressure downwards for 3-5 seconds for it to stick around the nostrils.
5. Rub the sides for a secure fit.
Bonus Tip: Wear 15-30 minutes before any strenuous exercise for the adhesive to fully settle!
